About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sitecore Developer to join our eCommerce team at 3Shape. This is a fully back-end focused role working on digital projects using the Sitecore platform, modular .NET cloud APIs, and MS SQL Azure databases. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions within an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end components and integrations for Sitecore-based solutions.
• Implement modular and scalable .NET APIs with clean architecture and design patterns.
• Work with Azure-hosted environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation and support application release processes.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help evolve our development best practices.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in commercial development
  
• Leadership experience is a huge plus
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore (version 9 or higher).
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET frameworks.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development patterns and principles (e.g., SOLID, Dependency Injection, Modular Architecture).
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading in .NET.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
• Previous experience with eCommerce projects.
• Knowledge of Sitecore multi-site architecture and management.

• Ability to manage third-party integrations and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
