About the team and role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the strategic management of our distributor network in Brazil. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through indirect sales channels, working closely with distributor teams in the field, visiting dentists, clinics, and dental product retailers. This role involves planning, training, and executing sales and marketing strategies while ensuring profitability and customer engagement. You will work in close collaboration with teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Expect a dynamic and hands-on workday, alternating between strategic planning and in-field execution across Brazil.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial roles or channel management, preferably in medtech, dental, pharma, or healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Business, Marketing, or related fields (Post-graduate/MBA is a plus).
- Previous experience managing distributors and indirect sales channels.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance indicators.
- Proactive, result-driven, resilient, with strategic thinking.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Pipeline, etc…).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans with distributors aligned to company strategy.
- Manage performance indicators: sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory turnover, campaigns, and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Train and support distributor commercial teams in product and sales techniques.
- Accompany field teams in customer visits and dental industry events.
- Ensure flawless execution of trade marketing and promotional actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and performance reporting tools.
