About the team and role:

Are you interested in taking a key role in supporting 3Shape’s rapid growth? We offer a unique opportunity in our Global Procurement team to deliver impact in an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment.

As Category Manager, you will be a part of an experienced Category Management team, where you will have full opportunity to make visible results within your own categories of Indirect spend.

Your responsibilities:

· Strategy - You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing the short- and long-term strategies for your assigned categories.

· Negotiation - As a good negotiator, you will have the commercial responsibility for all major negotiations within your assigned categories, supporting the organization in getting the best possible conditions.

· Spend overview and categorization - You will create and maintain an overview of the indirect spend categories assigned including a full mapping and understanding of all the relevant stakeholders.

· Best practice - You will support the organization with the best practice for supplier selection and negotiation to make sure all projects are carried out professionally.

Qualifications:

· You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within indirect spend category management/ or proven results of similar responsibility.

· You can work closely and interact with individuals at various levels and from different cultures.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills.

· Experienced negotiator with a proven track record.

· You are fluent in English.

· You are enthusiastic about delivering.
