Sales Manager, North & East India

3Shape is offering a unique opportunity to take on the role of Sales Manager, North & East India. This individual will be responsible for the total revenue across the 3Shape product portfolio in a few states. The position will report to Country Manager, India, and will be based in Delhi.
The Sales Manager will be responsible in the direct management and development of 3Shape’s business and partnerships in dental labs and clinics across North and East India, including Nepal & Bangladesh. This is a role for an independent, dynamic, and self-driven sales leader, with experience from dental/medical device industries. The incumbent will be required to also drive partnerships with the resellers based in North India. In this role, you will take ownership and develop the 3Shape brand in India and be a key part fueling the growth of dental technology products.
Skills Required:
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of dental technology products, procedures and services.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing while maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to develop and drive partnerships
- Understanding of tender business
- Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing client requirements and providing innovative solutions.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and tasks.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience in using CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.
- Team and External Reseller Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficient use of MS Office
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience working with business development and sales
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
- Industry experience and/or knowledge of Medical Devices / Dental is desirable
- Experience in working on the field in the chosen location
- Understanding and have experience of working at an international company with strong corporate values and guidelines
