Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for dental technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental technology sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Skills Required:

• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of dental technology products and services.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing while maintaining client relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing client requirements and providing innovative solutions.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and tasks.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience in using CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
