3Shape offers you the opportunity to become maternity cover for one of our Senior Marketing Automation Specialists in the Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, structured and collaborative candidate to join our team of 4 skilled MA colleagues. You will be ensuring that our MA platform, Marketo, is well functioning in relation to integrations, features and database quality, as well as building trigger-based omnichannel programs and taking part in leveraging our MA foundation.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and optimize Marketo functionality such as forms and webpages, lead scoring, 1-1 channels and reporting, cross platform personalization etc
• Monitor the Marketo-CRM integration and database quality, initiating data clean-up activities and platform governance
• Develop, maintain, test and optimize MA campaigns and trigger-based omnichannel programs across channels and platforms, throughout the customer journey
• Facilitate and implement various initiatives such as lead scoring, webinar functionality and behavior tracking

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant experience in building customer communication in an MA platform (Marketo knowledge is beneficial) e.g. emails/Whatsapp/SMS, forms and webpages, personalization across web platforms etc.
• Understands the data- and technical side of marketing automation with experience in working with data and building/specifying audiences based on a complex data structure
• You possess a commercial and goal-oriented mindset, always considering our commercial goals in your deliveries
• A structured, industrious and forward-thinking way of working with a mindset for collaborating across technical developers, business requestors and Marketo users
• Thrives within a fast-paced environment, is accommodating and deals well with unpredictability
