Join us in a unique role that combines strategic marketing expertise with academy program management to drive impactful results in the dynamic digital dentistry space.

Description of position/area of responsibility:

  • Responsible for end-to-end 3Shape Academy Management and marketing activities for 3Shape India.
  • Develop and execute 3Shape India marketing & academy strategy
  • Drive & own promotional tools and activities
  • Drive & own 3Shape India Academy strategy & execution
  • Drive & own lead generation and lead funnel management
  • Develop new channels & partnerships
  • Stay updated on 3Shape product releases and upgrades
  • Develop and own Social Media engagement
  • KOL development and management

Education (level, specialization): MBA and/or Dental education preferred

Competencies needed:

  • Preferably experience with medical device industry or dental industry
  • Preferably experience/expertise with 3Shape products
  • At least 5 years experience of managing marketing or sales projects
  • Comfortable with MS Office
  • Self-starter with an owner’s mindset
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Data-driven and digitally savvy
  • Energetic, proactive and result/target-oriented
  • Ability to cooperate with many stakeholders and build relations – strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Winning mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Flexible with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Team Player

Travel: Willing to travel across the country and sometimes internationally for work.
