3Shape has the ambition to offer our customers and end users a great full customer experience. We are looking for Team Lead who can help us to lead and manage Customer Support team in India to provide first rate service for our customers.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 3-4 Customer Support Consultants
- Ensuring that the technical support team delivers timely and effective solutions, resolves complex technical issues, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance the customer journey
- Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events
- Take ownership of NPS score for customer support in India and neighboring countries
You should possess the following competencies:
- At least 6-year experience in Customer Support, with minimum 3 years as People Manager in international company with multicultural environment
- Experience in building a team from scratch (conducting interviews, managing onboarding process)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excell, Word and experience with CRM Systems
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English (Upper Intermediate and higher)
- Customer oriented approach
- Good communicator with ability to ask and listen
- Problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Result oriented and stress resistant
- Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
