3Shape is looking for an ambitious, high performing Senior Business Analyst for cross-functional Initiatives to join the Group IT, Digital Experience and Applications team. You will work on 1 or 2 strategic projects alongside our Project Managers and Enterprise Architects and Product Owners. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, mapping and documenting business processes and engage different stakeholders to achieve the mutual agreement on the solution proposal.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
The position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Performing requirements analysis
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and Test Architect
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Setting up the standards for documentation and cadence to build proper requirements traceability matrix
- Steering informal BA community, by hosting the knowledge sharing sessions and focusing on constant improvements within organization and education sessions
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis
- Competency in using business analysis and mapping tools such as UML and BPMN for process modelling
- Experience with Microsoft 365 CRM and AX products is preferred but not necessary
- Competent level of English and ability to communicate with stakeholders from different countries
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Intermediate experience with Workflow for Dynamics AX
- Intermediate experience with core business processes
- Intermediate ability in installing Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
