Primäre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

Lead-Qualifizierung und Priorisierung
Über Multi-Channel-Vertriebsmodelle potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und priorisieren.
Bewerten, ob 3Shape-Lösungen den Zielen und Bedürfnissen des Kunden entsprechen.
Einstufung von Leads basierend auf den Qualifizierungsergebnissen und umgehende Bearbeitung der Leads mit hoher Priorität zur Maximierung der Konversionsraten.

Übergabe von Opportunities
Qualifizierte Leads an den Inside Sales Representative weiterleiten. -
Enge Zusammenarbeit
Kooperation mit verschiedenen Teams, wie Vertrieb, Customer Success Manager, Reseller, Kundensupport -
Nachverfolgung
Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Betreuung der an Händler übergebenen Leads, um deren Umwandlung in erfolgreiche Abschlüsse zu gewährleisten. -
Pipeline-Management
Aufbau, Verwaltung und Pflege einer Pipeline qualifizierter Opportunities im CRM, mit besonderem Fokus auf der Aktualität von Notizen und Aktivitäten, um einen optimalen Überblick zu gewährleisten.

Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen und reibungslosen Prozesses zur Übergabe von Leads.
Ihr Profil
- Schlüsselkompetenzen: Proaktive, beratungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Organisations- und Analysefähigkeiten, Ergebnisorientierung, technisch versiert, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Informatik oder einem anderen verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Lead-Qualifizierung und/oder B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in den Bereichen Dentalausrüstung, Gesundheitswesen oder Technologie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Verkaufsprozessen und -methoden
- Erfahrung im Beziehungsaufbau: Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, starke und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kollegen aufzubauen, um eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit und Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern.
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und CRM-Software (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit ausgezeichneten schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sichere Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Dentalbranche (idealerweise IOS und/oder CAD/CAM) von Vorteil

We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their patients. We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Inside Sales Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to revolutionize dentistry by identifying and qualifying sales leads. Your expertise in lead qualification and data analysis will be key in ensuring that our sales team receives high-quality leads, enabling them to focus on closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
Primary responsibility:
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Qualification Specialist (ISQS) is to qualify and prioritize sales leads through our multi-channel sales model and ensure handover of opportunities to the Inside Sales Representative. The ISQS collaborates closely with the extended 3Shape team, including Customer Success Managers, commercial HQ functions, Resellers, and members of the Onboarding and Customer Support teams. The ISQS is responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, especially qualification and prioritization of leads. The ISQS will develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities (in CRM) and ensure a best-in-class lead handover process. A proactive, consultative, and data-driven mindset, strong organization and analytical skills are critical to success.
Essential job duties:
- Lead qualification: Assess the fit of 3Shape solutions to customer goals and needs
- Lead prioritization: Rank leads based on qualification findings and ensure high-priority leads are addressed promptly to maximize conversion rates
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and resellers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary support during the sales process
- Tracking and following up: Ensure leads handed over to resellers are followed up with and converted
- Pipeline management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in CRM, ensuring all relevant notes and activities are up to date
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of lead qualification experience or B2B sales, ideally in dental equipment, healthcare or technology fields
- Dental industry experience in a sales function, preferably within an inside lead/sales team environment, product/training specialist, or similar experience as a Customer Support Agent, Inside Lead Specialist, Marketing, Sales Support or direct work within the dental industry is highly desired
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated relationship and rapport-building with customers and colleagues
- Strong competency with PowerPoint, Excel and CRM software
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred education and experience:
- Previous experience in the dental industry (ideally IOS and/or CAD/CAM) is considered a strong advantage
- Understanding of direct and indirect channel distribution models
- Clinical experience in a dental office or lab
- Experience in or with global organizations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
