Make a difference in the SEE Region
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive our success in the Southeast Europe (SEE) region, encompassing Greece, Romania, Cyprus, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a solid background in medical devices, pharma, or dental sales to define, implement, and continuously refine our sales strategy. You will directly manage and develop relationships with resellers, building trust with partners, end-users, and key opinion leaders across the region. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The position can be based in Greece, Romania, or the Czech Republic and will involve some travel across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans and deliver on sales goals.
- Craft country-specific strategies tailored to the SEE region.
- Develop and support reseller/dealer performance with structured follow-up.
- Deeply understand the needs of existing and potential customers in the dental market.
- Foster best in class customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork through leadership, communication, and relationship building.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record in achieving sales revenue goals and managing key accounts, typically within the medical device, pharma, or dental industry.
- Demonstrated experience with annual business planning, data analysis, forecasting, budget tracking, and resource utilization.
- Expertise in developing standards and processes for effective business management.
- Understanding and experience working in an international company with clear corporate values and guidelines.
- Ability to create and implement a clear sales process encompassing lead generation, sales, training, and support.
