About the team and role:
Would you like to ensure the best customer experience for a brand new 3Shape Lab product in the SaaS space? We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will play a crucial role in delivering the best sales and after-sales experience to our customers . As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working cross-functionally supporting the full customer journey including sales, onboarding, continuous engagement, and support.
You will have the opportunity to join a newly established team of Customer Success Managers. The team will be working as an internal start-up while scaling according to the business needs. You will have the opportunity to develop and impact the future of the team within a completely new business area for 3Shape. We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and structured candidate to join our team.
The job is located in Ukraine.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the sales funnel, ensuring we nurture and close potential sales opportunities. Once the customer is acquired, you will ensure that our customers adopt and continue to engage with their 3Shape SaaS product. Further, you will be responsible for providing excellent and efficient omnichannel support and attending occasional on-site events.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a desire to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with their 3Shape product, by assessing and understanding how our customers use our solutions. You have great project management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment.
Your competencies:
- Native or C2 level in Portuguese (mother tongue would be a plus) and upper-intermediate verbal and writing skills in Spanish and fluent Ukrainian
- Understanding of sales processes, incl. the buying process, the various steps of decision making and after-sales services of a B2B or B2C environment
- Working on defined sales/onboarding/customer support targets and specific KPIs
- Customer relationship management experience for subscriptions preferred
- Good understanding of dental clinic and dental labs operations and the dental industry preferred, but not required
- Solid technological understanding and interest in software and SaaS solutions preferred
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and interact with various internal functions
- Strong capability with PowerPoint, Excel and CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer-centric and service-minded
- Good communicator, both written and orally, with ability to ask and listen
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
- International mind-set
- Flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast, and at times you may not know what tomorrow brings
Your education and experience:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or similar and/or relevant work experience can also qualify for this role
- Min. 3-5 years of similar/relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the dental industry preferred
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of SaaS space preferred
