3Shape seeks an instructional Designer. 3Shape is the global market leader of dental CAD/CAM and seeks to expand its Academy team with an instructional Designer to assist with the design and creation of training videos. 

 Your Profile 

• You have experience with video editing, post-production, and synchronizing sound for different media formats. Using editing software such as Adobe/Camtasia or other video editing soft-ware. 
• You have experience with recoding sound and image from both live sources and screen recordings. 
• You are comfortable with working with subject matter experts and can develop instructional content for audio/visual purposes. 
• You have an excellent level in English both verbally and in writing. 
• You pay attention to details and are good at structuring your work and handling many tasks simultaneously. 
• You are a strong team player. 
• It is a plus if you have an understanding of pedagogy and/or adult learning principles.
• It is a plus if you have a graphical flair or a background in art and design
• You are based in Szczecin

 Your Responsibility 

• Taking part in recording, editing and developing instructional content for audio/visual purposes. 
• Taking part in identifying learning objectives and working with subject matter experts to create content. 
• Taking part in designing and producing training videos. 
• Working with project managers and team members to fulfil project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. 
• Taking part in localizing training assets into other languages and cultures.
• Ensuring accuracy and maintaining training materials.
