I always strive to do a job that satisfies the customer, while maintaining a high technical level. I take great pride in my work and i have a high level of technical integrity but I never lose sight of the goal: The assignment must be completed. Therefore I try to create the best result realistically possible. I am creative in finding solutions to problems I encounter during development. I believe firmly that one of the key factors in the success of a project is good communication between all involved parties. I therefore feel it is very important that I have a good relationship with my colleagues, both social and professional.

I am very fast to learn new things and to adapt to new challenges. I am also very good at thinking outside the box, which means I enjoy a bit of freedom to investigate new opportunities and technologies. This can often lead to new ideas that can be used in a project to improve quality and productivity. All in all, I view myself as analytical and visionary while maintaining a sense of what realistically can be done.
