Job Title: Territory Manager - VIC, SA, TAS

Salary range: A$90,000.00 - A$100,000.00/year

Job Summary:

3Shape is offering a unique opportunity to take on the role of Territory Manager, Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. The Territory Manager role drives business growth by supporting our reseller partners and ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction. Their primary focus is to enable and support resellers, while following up with end users to maximize product value and satisfaction. The role is based remotely out of Melbourne, Victoria. 3Shape ANZ’s regional office is in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales enablement for resellers by providing comprehensive support, including product demonstrations, training, joint customer visits, and proposal assistance.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with resellers at the branch level through consistent engagement, regular meetings, and strategic alignment sessions.

• Collect and analyze critical market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights, effectively reporting findings to relevant internal teams.

• Conduct proactive post-sale follow-ups with end users to ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting issues, and identify upselling opportunities.

• Deliver product and sales training sessions for both partners and end users.

• Represent and support the company at key industry events within the territory, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience working with business development and sales.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or an educational background in dental with a strong business/sales acumen.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience selling technical products (e.g., medical devices, industrial equipment, IT hardware/software)

Preferred:

• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of dental technology products and services.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global company.

• Experience working with distributors or channel partners.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
