Finance Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery & Ownership
• Lead end-to-end finance projects (design → implementation → stabilization)
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with objectives
• Drive operational anchoring and adoption of new processes
2. Finance Transformation Initiatives
Manage projects across:
• ERP implementations (e.g., D365)
• Reporting and consolidation
• Controlling & performance management o Entity setup / market expansion
• Compliance (VAT, transfer pricing, governance)
3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Act as a bridge between:
• Local finance teams o Group finance / HQ
• IT, Tax, Legal, Operations
4. Project Governance & Execution Discipline
• Establish clear escalation paths and reporting structure
Define and track:
• Milestones and deliverables
•Ownership and responsibilities
• Risks and mitigation actions
5. Process Integration & Sustainability
• Ensure proper handover to operations
• Maintain documentation and governance frameworks
• Support standardization and scalability across finance
6. Support to Financial Shared Services
Acts as a structured project execution extension of Financial Shared Services (Accounting & Controlling):
• Supports onboarding of new activities, entities, and processes into Shared Services model
• Drives automation initiatives, process standardization, and efficiency improvements across SSC scope
• Ensures smooth transition from project phase to stable operations, safeguarding service quality and compliance
Requirements:
Must-have
• Strong background in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance Operations
• Proven track record in delivering transformation / change projects end-to-end
• Strong project management discipline and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across HQ–local–cross-functional environments
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
Nice-to-have
• Experience with ERP implementations (D365 preferred)
• Exposure to: Entity setups / carve-outs o Inventory & costing flows and VAT and transfer pricing topics
• Experience in shared service or matrix organizations
