About the role:

We are seeking a Databank Support Engineer to join our team.

Areas of responsibility:

• Setting up and supporting our databank of implant and prosthetic libraries

• Consulting our partners all over the world on the technical details of integration their products into our software

• Processing the libraries related data (3D models review, ensuring dimensions and offset calculations are correct, etc.)

• QA by testing the libraries before release

• Errors fix and bugs reporting (if any occurs)

Required Education and Experience:

• Full working proficiency in written and spoken English

• Markup language general structure understanding

• Experience of work with Jira, Confluence, TeamViewer, Slack, Office 365 service

• Basic understanding of CAD will be a benefit

• Previous experience in databank support (especially for a Dental software) is beneficial

• Degree in IT or/and linguistics

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Quick learning ability: Company will provide on-board education
