We are currently looking for an ambitious and high-performing Sales Manager, Poland and Baltics to join our team in Poland.
Sales Manager, Poland and Baltics The Sales Manager, Poland and Baltics, is part of the global sales organization and holds full responsibility for revenue across the 3Shape product portfolio in the region. The role reports to the Regional Manager, Sales Region International Markets, and is based in Poland. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the future success of 3Shape’s business in the sub-region Poland and Baltics.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, including defining the sales strategy in the markets, managing and developing resellers, and leading a small internal team. This position is well suited for an experienced sales leader, ideally with a background in dental or medical devices, who can set direction while building trust and credibility with partners, customers, and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic objectives into operational sales plans that enable the Region to manage the commercial activities, funnel and sales numbers with rigor and predictability
• Set KPIs and performance management processes to assess performance, identify gaps and drivers, develop remediation / action plan and deploy resources as needed
• Work closely with distributors and partners within the region to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results
• Identify customer needs and feed insights into product and value proposition development
• Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue
• Ensure a great customer experience for 3Shape customers throughout the sales process
• Foster a culture of organizational accountability and teamwork through personal relationship development, communication and leadership
Your Profile:
All candidates must hold a valid permit to work in Poland.
• Proven track record in driving sales revenue growth and key account management, including performance management
• Experience or strong knowledge of the medical devices and/or dental industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following areas: Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering and/or related field
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, budget tracking & resource allocation
• Experience in developing standards and processes to manage the business effectively, including CRM and lead management

• Robust – the ability to enter a professional discussion and hold your own ground
• Fluent in English & Polish - both in writing and orally
• Willing to travel (+100 travel days a year)
