At our sales office in Paris, covering France, we are searching for a Product Specialist for our region, who thrives in training and enjoys guiding and supporting our customers as a subject matter expert. The role of the Product Specialist is part of the global sales organization and will be responsible for trainings, demos, onboardings, customer success, presentations at events, and more, across the entire 3Shape product portfolio in France.

The position reports into the Head of Marketing & Academy Manager within 3Shape France.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, consultancy, product demos and onboarding to 3Shape distributors and end-customers in France, both at our own training facility in Paris, and via online channels

• Customer groups can either be resellers and/or end users (dentists and lab technicians)

• Facilitate the understanding and usage of the 3Shape Clinic and Lab solutions through classroom, webinars, and remote training initiatives

• Develop training courses and materials, FAQs, and other learning content relating to the usage of 3Shape products

• Know to collaborate in an international context, very structured & organized

• Assist the sales teams on events, congresses, and exhibitions across France

• Responsible for the Demo products in France & distribution to resellers & events

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients to facilitate effective communication and seamless support

• Prepare equipment for relevant courses including both 3Shape hardware and configuration of 3Shape software

• Act as an integral part of the close-knit 3Shape France team and play an important role in obtaining and conveying feedback and input from the market to 3Shape R&D as well as to the Sales and Marketing functions

Who you are:

• You have a dental background, e.g. as a Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Technician

• Work experience as Product Specialist, Trainer or Application Specialist within the dental industry is preferred

• Experience with dental CAD/CAM and specifically with 3Shape hardware and software either TRIOS as well as lab will be beneficial and a natural appetite for new technologies in dental is expected

• You have knowledge and insights in the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians

• You possess the ability to make even complex topics sound simple

• You thrive with detailed and creative tasks such as developing training materials and documentation as a subject matter expert

• You have a great customer care & customer satisfaction mind-set

• You have excellent communication skills & know to work in matrix organization

• You are positive, display empathy and have good intercultural skills

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and want to make a difference for the customer

• English is a must
