We are Looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You will be a key player in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality, working closely with our development squads to ship dependable, medical, user-focused products.

What You Are Going to Work On

· End-to-End Quality Ownership: Perform rigorous testing throughout the development lifecycle and execute final release verifications to ensure every build is production ready.

· Protocol Development: Transform complex software specifications and requirements into clear, actionable verification test protocols.

· Integrated Collaboration: Work as a fully integrated member of the development team, providing immediate feedback and participating in the "shift-left" approach to quality.

Experience Required for This Position

· Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of professional experience in software testing with a deep focus on functional testing expertise.

· Agile Expertise: Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced sprint cycles.

· Tool Mastery: Proficiency with industry-standard collaboration and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

· Test Management Proficiency: Proven experience using test management systems; familiarity with Jama is considered a strong plus.

· Proactive Collaboration: An autonomous professional who thrives while working fully integrated within development teams.
