About the role
You’ll be joining Product Creation Excellence (PCE) - the team that continuously elevates R&D by improving processes, tools, and capabilities, empowering our colleagues to collaborate efficiently and meet changing customer needs.

Working hands-on with AI, AI Agents, and Microsoft Copilot to automate processes and enhance efficiency
Supporting integration activities and dialogues with technical experts from tool vendors
Assisting in validation activities and digital compliance documentation
Analyzing system usage and proposing optimizations
Scope
You will be part of PCE’s “Tools & Data” area, working closely with engineers, quality specialists, and Group IT. Overall, we focus on:
Helping to shape the general tooling landscape and how we work with tools
Jama Connect – requirements, test, risk management, and digital traceability
AI Automation – using Copilot, custom AI agents, maybe Azure Foundry, and scripting to improve user workflows or collect data needed in analysis
System integrations & data flows – enabling tools to talk to each other more effectively

For this role, we are looking for candidates with an engineering background and natural curiosity to specialize in R&D tooling and digital engineering workflows. You might have worked with IT systems in a regulated industry (MedTech, Pharma), or you’re eager to learn about this world. You are curious, structured, technically minded, and motivated by understanding how tools, users, and processes fit together. You enjoy talking to end users and thrive when you can translate real user needs into clear, usable solutions, bridging between technology and people.
For this role, we welcome candidates at different seniority levels. What matters most to us is the right mindset, curiosity, and motivation to grow in the role. Should you be in the final stages of your degree, we encourage you to apply.
