IT Delivery&Operations Lead

We are currently looking for a highly motivated IT Delivery & Operations Lead to join our Group IT organization.
You will collaborate closely with international colleagues, including teams working from our Ukrainian office in Kyiv. In this role, you will coordinate delivery across application and infrastructure teams, support operational governance, and strengthen collaboration between IT and business stakeholders. You will help ensure predictable delivery, stable operations, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple IT teams.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and identify risks or bottlenecks early.
• Support structured planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives. Operational Oversight
• Maintain visibility into operational performance across key enterprise platforms.
• Support management of cross-team dependencies, releases, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and collaboration practices.
Team Leadership & Development
• Provide leadership and support to local teams working on enterprise platforms.
• Support coaching, people development, and capability building.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and trust-based working environment.
Capacity & Resource Management
• Maintain visibility of team capacity, workload, and resource allocation.
• Support prioritization discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively to delivery and operational priorities.
Budget & Vendor Coordination
• Maintain oversight of relevant operational budgets and external resource usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners supporting delivery initiatives.
• Ensure clarity and transparency in cost management and resource planning. Project & Program Delivery
• Lead selected IT projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely and high quality delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making and trade-offs when needed.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication of status, risks, and progress.
• Drive structured project governance adapted to the needs of each initiative.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as a coordination and communication point between IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Support alignment between strategic priorities and operational realities.
• Provide transparency around delivery status, risks, and capacity.
Requirements:
All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland.
• 5+years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams.
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments (applications, platforms, infrastructure).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting technical teams and delivery-focused environments.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Nice to have:
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed or multi-team delivery setups.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, governance, or service management.
• Experience working with vendors or external delivery partners.
