About the position

As Finance Manager, you will join our Finance team within the CFO area and lead a team of five engaged colleagues. The environment is dynamic and international, with a constant focus on creating impact for 3Shape and developing our people. Your development is a key priority and supported through regular feedback and development dialogues.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take active ownership for setting direction and maturing below responsibilities to the next level:

• Lead and develop a team of 5 colleagues

• Own the Group Record‑to‑Report process, including engagement with subsidiaries and preparation of the Group Financial Manual

• Perform group controlling of subsidiary financial reporting

• Prepare monthly financial consolidation including Group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

• Serve as Finance Manager for sales support entities in 3Shape

• Own the customer credit management process, including credit limit setting and quarterly follow‑up with sales regions

• Oversee payroll process for Danish legal entities

• Prepare annual financial statements, corporate tax returns and transfer pricing documentation for Danish entities, and oversee all related compliance filings, including indirect tax and national statistical reporting.

• Manage the annual external audit process

3Shape is implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning system in 2026–2027. As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in this implementation and drive operational improvements by promoting smarter ways of working and leveraging new AI‑enabled technologies.

The right qualifications can vary with each candidate, but we imagine that you have:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar

• Minimum 2+ years of people management experience in a comparable role

• Strong command of core Finance and Accounting processes, IFRS reporting, Danish tax and international transfer pricing principles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English

• Experience from a publicly or private‑equity‑owned company is an advantage

• Experience from working with AI‑enabled technologies is an advantage
