We are looking for an engaged, collaborative, and service-oriented Reward Consultant eager to strengthen reward practices across the organization, by supporting our leaders in making confident and consistent pay decisions.
As our organization grows and leadership capability continues to mature, the Rewards team plays a critical role in ensuring salary frameworks and reward tools are well understood and effectively applied. This role supports that journey by helping leaders translate reward principles into practical people decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with leaders, simplifying complex topics, and supporting change adoption across a diverse organization.
About the Role
As Reward Consultant – Leader Enablement & Adoption, you will help bridge reward frameworks and everyday leadership decisions. You will support leaders and HR partners in understanding and applying salary ranges, reward tools, and pay guidelines in a consistent and confident way.
The role combines change management, training, communication, and practical support to leaders as reward practices and processes continue to evolve.
You will work closely with HR teams and business leaders to improve understanding, adoption, and effectiveness of reward processes across the organization.
About the Team
You will join the Rewards team, responsible for developing and maintaining fair, competitive, and sustainable reward practices. The team works closely with People & Culture and business leaders to ensure reward programs support talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leader Enablement & Change Support
Support adoption of salary frameworks and reward tools across the organization, though global project management as well as 1:1 interactions with leaders on all levels of the organization.
Guide People & Culture colleagues as well as leaders in applying salary ranges and pay principles in hiring, promotion, and pay review decisions.
Contribute to change initiatives as reward processes continue to mature.
Training & Capability Building
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for leaders and HR partners.
Create practical guides, FAQs, and support materials for leaders.
Translate reward concepts into simple and actionable guidance.
Communication & Materials Development
Develop presentations and communication materials supporting reward initiatives.
Create engaging PowerPoint materials for leader briefings and training sessions.
Support communication of reward updates and processes.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from leaders and HR partners to improve tools and processes.
Contribute to improving leader experience with reward practices.
Support ongoing development of reward processes and materials.
To Succeed in This Position, You Will Need
Experience supporting HR, reward, or business change initiatives.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to explain complex topics in a practical and simple way.
Strong PowerPoint skills for training and presentations.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Confidence working with leaders and supporting decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in compensation or HR environments is an advantage.
Experience delivering training or supporting change initiatives is beneficial.
