About the role:

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to build and extend our Automate product. The product is a part of the 3Shape eco-system and provides users with automatic design proposals for a variety of dental products. The core values of the team are to provide high-quality designs in fast and reliable manner. As a team we are responsible for all aspects of our product either it would be algorithms user interface, backend, algorithms, or infrastructure. We maintain a friendly and balanced work environment, prioritizing mutual respect and individual growth. We value proactive thinking and encourage team members to drive positive changes.

As the majority of teams at 3Shape, the team utilizes the Agile methodology as its primary approach to software development

Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and enhance backend and frontend features for the 3Shape Automate product.

• Contribute to product architecture, including algorithms, UI, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross‑site teams in Kyiv and Copenhagen to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and continuous improvements.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support a fast, reliable user experience.

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• 3+ years of development experience with С#

• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns

• Passion for new technologies, and empathy for users

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills

• Familiar with Scrum or another Agile framework

• Strong collaboration and communication skills and good in written and spoken English

• Excited about cross-site work: Your team is in Copenhagen and Kyiv and our partners are around the globe.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, designers, and UX’ers

• Experience with Angular

• Experience with web-based development using HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code

• Experience working with 3D frameworks

• Experience with writing unit tests

• Experience with automated web UI testing frameworks

• Experience in Agile development and continuous integration tools
