Our UK Head Office, established in 2017, is based in Reading — a hub for innovative pharmaceutical, IT, and high-end MedTech companies. Shape UK is now seeking a TRIOS Training & Application Specialist to support our continued growth.

The Role

As a TRIOS Training & Application Specialist, you will provide expert training, consultancy, and guidance to 3Shape resellers and end users across the UK & Ireland. You will:

• Deliver classroom training at the UK Training Academy (Reading)

• Conduct webinars and remote training sessions

• Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and learning content

• Support resellers in driving successful product adoption and sales

• Gather and communicate market feedback to R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams

• Represent 3Shape at national (and occasionally international) exhibitions and conferences

This role involves regular national travel and occasional overseas travel. Some Saturday work may be required during major events. You will report directly to the Country Manager – UK & Ireland, with a dotted line to the Global 3Shape Academy, collaborating with Training & Application Specialists worldwide to share best practices and develop your expertise.

• Is passionate about training and empowering others

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Has a dental background (Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Technician)

• Understands clinical workflows and the needs of dental practices

• Has experience with dental CAD/CAM systems (experience with TRIOS is advantageous)

• Has a strong appetite for new technologies

• Takes ownership and responsibility for customer success

• Can simplify complex topics and make them easy to understand

• Thrives on creating detailed and engaging training materials

• Is positive, service-minded, and solution-oriented

• Displays empathy and strong intercultural skills

• Holds a full UK driver’s license

• Lives within commuting distance of Reading
