The Customer Experience & Engagement Team in 3Shape is a global team with the strategic responsibility to deliver on customer training, education, clinical consultancy, support and success. And we are looking for a customer experience and education associate to join our Global Academy and Clinical Consultancy team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of structuring our efforts to deliver on exciting educational programs for both our internal teams, and our customers – as well as supporting our key opinion leader program with events planning and management. Your mission? To help a team of dental professionals’ plan and deliver impactful education and customer experiences, in-person and online.
We’re looking for someone who:
Thrives in structuring, coordinating and planning and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
Has experience in supporting customer experience and engagement initiatives
Has a genuine passion for education, training and great customer experiences
Loves collaborating in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where customer needs and understanding drives everything we do
Thinks outside the box and brings fresh ideas to customer engagement
Is fluent in English and curious to navigate and use digital tools and platforms
Essential duties:
Manage and coordinate global contributions to our customer training programs
Collaborate closely with global, regional and local colleagues to coordinate customer training activities, and run a community across global and regional excellence centers. Prioritize and coordinate requests for customer training and materials out of the global team
Consolidate performance data, and ensure continuous follow-up
Structure, plan and coordinate specific educational activities and events
Plan, host and execute together with subject matter experts on internal and external education activities
Support the planning, hosting and execution of KOL and contributor events at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen
Support the management of our portfolio of educational and collaboration projects
Collaborate with various colleagues within Global Academy and Clinical Consultancy, to support management of our different internal and external programs

Required competencies:

Structured planning with attention to detail and organization: Ensures thorough planning and coordination, keeps detailed records, information, and organizes it in such a way that supports the organization and customers’ needs
Stakeholder management: Ensures smooth collaboration across teams, through great stakeholder management; proactively ensures team and CXE leadership is up to date, and supports activities and initiatives through active and conscious communications
Performance management: Maintains structure and records of results; reports to CXE leadership as needed
Dental industry experience and/or experience from a commercial organization is an advantage but not a prerequisite
