To support further growth, we are looking for (Junior) Technical Documentation Coordinator. The position is based at our Production facility in Szczecin and is within our Lifecycle department, which is part of R&D.

We are looking for a systematic and structured engineer to conduct and document product and label changes according to company needs.

To thrive and succeed in the position you should be good at following set processes and procedures and finishing tasks. We imagine that you are good at making and following checklists, can review technical documentation to see if it is compliant.

You will support the team in everyday activities by coordinating the administrative work around product and label changes.

The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both local Quality and Production as Teams from Denmark.

Responsibilities:

·       Support R&D Engineers in documenting product design changes

·       Follow up on actions required by product change procedures

·       Have a continuous dialog with the stakeholders (QA, R&D, Production, RA, Systems Engineering)

·       Communicate the Product Changes within the organization

·       Create, update and approve product documentation according to company needs

·       Design new and update existing labels

Your profile:

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, implementer who enjoys working in a cross functional team, and further has most of the following qualifications:

·       Relevant technical education - Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Production Engineering Management or related

·       Experience in production of medical devices is a big advantage

·       Strong technical skills and fundamental understanding

·       English speaking and writing

·       Experience with ERP & PLM systems

·       High communication skills

·       Knowledge about graphic program would be an advantage
