 Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers, Customer Quality and Manufacturing Quality Control to ensure top performance, accountability and engagement.

• Support Quality Planning and Validation for New Product Introduction.

• Develop best practices for Quality Assurance and secure adherence in our operations.

• Assure Control of NC product, root cause analysis, corrective actions effective management.

• Represent company during external audits and inspections.

• Own KPI for quality and cost performance actions to deliver results.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implementation (Lean & 6 sigma).

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, people & culture, finance and regulatory affairs to deliver business objectives both locally and globally.

Requirements:

All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing companies with Quality Team management responsibility.

• Strong problem solving skills, focused on effective Root Cause investigation, competent in 8D methodology is a plus.

• Experience in ISO13485 or other regulated environments (ISO9001, IATF 16949 or AS9100). Auditor experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, tools and techniques, statistics, and project management is essential.

• Competences in Quality Tools – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

• Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Competent decision maker.

• Fluent Polish & English.
