About the Role

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will be the critical link between global strategy and local execution. You’ll ensure that marketing drives business growth and that 3Shape’s brand, campaigns, and communication resonate effectively within the region - adapting global frameworks to meet market needs while maintaining consistency and impact. This role combines strategic localization, cross-channel execution, and performance optimization with a focus on commercial outcomes. Strong business acumen and marketing mindset and toolbox are imperative for success in this role.

About the Team

You will join the Strategy & Commercial Operations team for the International Markets Region. This team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle East and East Europe. You’ll collaborate with market marketing leaders, Global Marketing and cross-functional partners to shape the future of dental technology in high‑growth, dynamic geographies.

Your key responsibilities

• Regional Advocacy & Partnerships

• Represent the International Markets Region at HQ level as the primary stakeholder to Global Marketing

• Advocate for market needs and ensure global strategy is localized and implemented across markets.

• Strengthen communication and collaborations with key partners using global guidance and enablement programs.

Regional Enablement

• Engage regularly with local marketing teams to identify challenges and opportunities

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for global and regional playbooks.

• Upskill local teams through guidance, training, and best practice sharing – ensuring strong annual/quarterly marketing plans are designed and implemented.

Regional Performance, Content & Events

• Monitor success using global measurement frameworks and KPIs; provide data-driven feedback to refine global performance playbooks.

• Deliver high-quality, on-brand content across channels using global playbooks and templates.

• Plan and execute impactful regional events that enhance awareness, engagement, and education.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, or a combination of marketing and sales.

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate global strategy into actionable regional plans.

• Experience within a local affiliate, or regional marketing experience is a large plus.

• Expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital performance optimization, and localization.

• Experience within technology, medical devices, or healthcare industries is a strong advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English
