We are currently looking for an ambitious and high-performing Manual Tester (with an interest in automation) to join our PLM team in Group IT. While we are focusing on finding a colleague in Szczecin, you can work remotely from another location in Poland. The PLM team is a hybrid team, with colleagues working from our Ukrainian office in Kyiv.

In your position, you will be testing the applications and customizations in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system (Aras Innovator). For this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, competence in executing test cases, and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute manual test cases for Aras PLM customizations (server-side methods, client-side methods, forms, and reports).

·       Exposure to automation tests set up is expected as a perspective

·       Testing desktop and web applications

·       Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing across all customized components.

·       Validate workflows, lifecycle states, permissions, and data integrity in the PLM environment.

·       Maintain traceable test results and support UAT sessions with key stakeholders.

·       Support release validation across Development, Test/Staging, and Production environments.

Requirements:

All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland.

·       2+ years of experience as a manual tester or QA specialist in enterprise software (PLM, ERP, or similar).

·       Familiarity with Aras Innovator PLM or other PLM systems is a strong plus.

·       Understanding of core PLM concepts (e.g. Parts, BOMs, ECOs, CAD data management).

·       Tech stack:

o   XML; HTML; JS

o   C#

o   Selenium (nice-to-have)

·       Familiarity with SQL queries for test data validation

·       Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·       Strong documentation and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in written and spoken English

·       Passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to have:

·       Using and testing PLM/ERP systems related solutions

·       Practice in writing the integration tests

·       Experience in test automation

·       Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices.
