Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local marketing plan in alignment with the overall company strategy, with the goal of achieving defined business objectives.

This position reports directly to Country Manager, Türkiye. The role is based in our local office Ankara.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning as part of the Annual Business Plan

• Localize campaign, sales & educational material, etc.

• Local Congress, exhibitions and partner events

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading 3Shape’s digital marketing investments, campaigns and content creation processes across all digital channels in Türkiye. This includes end-to-end management of digital assets and initiatives from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.

• Work closely with our resellers in planning and executing marketing initiatives

• Qualifying and managing sales leads

• Overall responsibility of the 3shape Turkiye Academy events, from organising the training event to processing the applications and certifications ensuring all the practical details.

• Liaising with training specialists and the academy manager and implementation of the academy plan

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in multinational medical device industry, preferably in dental

• A bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration, combined with a proven track record for achieving set goals in the capacity of a similar job 

• Native proficiency in Turkish and fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment

• Energetic, positive, and passionate with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in situations with limited direction or ambiguous information

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure

• High sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

• Strong proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and other internal systems

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments
