3Shape is a leading force in digital dental technology, transforming the industry with its innovative 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software. We're looking for an enthusiastic Office and Academy Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.

The Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in assuring a smooth operation of the 3Shape UKI Academy and Office. You'll deliver great customer service, as well as demonstrate high organisation and communication skills when dealing with customers over the phone, email or face-to-face to arrange training opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Help executing and planning the Academy strategy for the year.

• Monitoring personal and business mail inboxes and phone lines.

• Oversee Equipment stock.

• Diary Management.

• Maintenance and updates on the Academy website.

• Creation of marketing assets and brochures to provide to the Marketing Manager.

• Management of training and trainers on CRM, Acuity and other systems.

• Plan and execute educational events, for end-users and resellers (partners). This will include:

- Pre and post administrative tasks.

- Communications sent out to attendees.

- Booking processes.

- Payment processes.

- Preparing the Academy space beforehand and tiding afterwards.

• Management of office space. This will include:

- Ordering supplies.

- Communications with front desk (reception).

- Collection and shipment of post/deliveries.

- Maintain the space to high standards.

Who You Are

• Strong organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Positive, can-do attitude.

• Punctual individual, with good time-management skills.

• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

• Can work as part of a team, but also carry out individual tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
