Our UK office, established in 2017 in Reading—a hub for pharma, IT, and MedTech innovation—is home to an energetic team of dedicated 3Shape specialists. We are now looking to welcome a new Training & Application Specialist to join our team. The role reports directly to the Country Manager for the UK & Ireland, with a dotted-line relationship to the Global 3Shape Academy. The position is based primarily at our UK Head Office, so applicants should live within a commutable distance.

About the Position

As demand grows, so does the need to strengthen our service and support organisation. This role will be essential in building strong partnerships with our accounts by delivering high-quality training and enabling their success in both sales and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring customers and end users receive a best-in-class experience.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver training, consultancy, and guidance to 3Shape distributors and customers across the UK

• Provide education on 3Shape Dental System laboratory software through classroom sessions, webinars, and remote training

• Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to support major events, shows, and conferences

• Develop training courses, materials, FAQs, and other learning resources

• Gather valuable market feedback and relay insights to 3Shape R&D

Qualifications & Skills

• Dental laboratory background is essential—for example, Clinical Dental Technician or Dental Technician

• Strong understanding of the workflows and needs of clinics and laboratories

• Ideally, experience using the 3Shape Dental System

• Experience delivering training on complex technical solutions is an advantage

• Genuine interest in new technologies; experience with dental CAD/CAM is ideal

• Strong sense of responsibility with a desire to make a meaningful impact for customers

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently

• Creative and detail-oriented, particularly when developing training materials and documentation

• Positive, service-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

• Full UK driver’s licence required
