At 3Shape, our aim is to provide digital dentistry and improve the lives of our customers. We are looking for a Product Manager with clinical knowledge, who is interested in joining us in changing dentistry at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

Primary Responsibility:

As a Product Manager in Diagnostics (Dx) Product Management, you will be tasked to help execute on 3Shape’s diagnostics vision and in collaboration with our customers improve our Dx product offering and identify commercial opportunities. You will report to the Head of Diagnostics (Dx) Product Management, and work closely together with our team of product managers and key global functions like R&D, Clinical Research, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing. 

You will in this capacity support product improvement initiatives related to our Dx product globally.The Dx Product Management team is part of our newly established Dx, Patient App, and Market Insights organization, which consists of three teams within the larger Portfolio and Product Strategy SVP area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps: Support improvement initiatives and collaborate with R&D and developers to provide input on requirements for roadmap execution

• Support learning and engagement with beta testers and clinics: Be a point of contact for our beta testers for ongoing testing of new solutions and be the Dx voice of the customer working closely with clinical researchers to understand customer needs and barriers to adoption

• Leverage clinical insights to identify commercial opportunities: Transfer knowledge gained from clinical engagement into commercial opportunities; support scoping and execution to capture value

• Support development of end-user materials for adoption to support commercialization: Be part of developing and evolving diagnostic workflows that we can test and commercialize with end-users, generate insights based on customer data to enable better decision making and prioritization, and facilitate initiatives to build out learning assets to support adoption of our Dx offering

• Participate in conferences and events: Participate in dental conferences and conduct trainings and product demos as part of events

Qualifications

• Doctor degree in Dentistry, Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene, Master’s in Health Tech, Engineering, or Business with exposure to the Dental industry

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, clinical experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a structured way

• Commercial mindset and the ability to identify commercial opportunities

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage but not a prerequisite

The position is based in Copenhagen. Occasional travel can be expected.
