3Shape HQ Help secure a strong, consistent, and future-ready global brand. 3Shape is looking for a strategic and structured Brand Manager to help develop and manage our corporate master brand. This role is focused on brand governance, planning, and operationalizing our brand strategy across the global organization. We are building our brand foundation, and we need an experienced brand manager who can convert strategic direction into clear brand frameworks, guidelines, planning, and consistent execution.
Your Role As Brand Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the 3Shape master brand is developed, implemented, governed, and continuously improved across markets, channels, and functions. A key part of your role is to ensure that all branding and marketing activities are grounded in the brand strategy, and that insights from across the organization are translated into practical brand decisions, planning, and governance improvements. You will work closely with the Head of Brand, Creative & Content and collaborate with stakeholders across the company to define the brand direction, gather relevant input, and convert it into clear brand priorities and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Strategic Implementation:
· Support the evolution and operationalization of the master brand platform, brand architecture, and CVI
· Translate strategic direction into usable brand principles, frameworks, and guidelines
· Ensure consistency and clarity in how the brand appears across all touchpoints
· Help define brand priorities and build structured planning approaches
Brand Governance & Operational Excellence:
· Maintain brand guidelines, naming frameworks, and brand architecture rules
· Ensure brand consistency across Global Marketing, Product Marketing, regions, and partners
· Develop playbooks, toolkits, and templates that scale brand adoption globally
· Conduct internal brand reviews and guide teams on correct brand usage
· Act as the primary point of contact for brand interpretation and governance
Brand Campaign Planning & Support:
· Work with cross-functional teams on planning global brand campaigns
· Ensure campaign briefs and plans reflect the brand strategy
· Provide structured feedback on campaign directions and assets
· Support regions in adapting campaigns while staying on-brand
· Support the evaluation of campaign performance and integrate learnings into planning
Continuous Brand Management:
· Collaborate with Data/Insights teams who deliver tracking and research
· Use their findings to guide adjustments to brand governance, planning, and prioritization
· Monitor category developments and competitor movements at a high level
· Ensure insights lead to practical improvements, not abstract reporting
· Support ongoing refinement of brand KPIs and brand review processes
Your Profile
You thrive in organizing, governing, planning, and maintaining consistent brand execution. You enjoy a role with broad coordination and a clear mandate to keep the brand resilient, coherent, and strategically aligned.
You bring:
· 5+ years of experience in brand management, corporate branding, or brand governance
· Experience implementing brand platforms into systems, guidelines, and processes
· Proficient in devising, organizing, and maintaining coherent brand identity
· Experience supporting or steering brand campaigns (strategy/management side)
· Clear communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders
· Effective teamwork abilities in a global, cross-functional setting
· Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Qualification we are looking for:
· Experience in tech, medtech, SaaS, or other B2B/B2B2C environments
· Familiarity with brand architecture, naming systems, or CVI management
· Understanding of brand tracking reports
The Team You will join
The Brand, Creative & Content team, part of Global Marketing - a group of 15 specialists across Denmark and Ukraine working in brand strategy, content strategy, creative direction, design, campaign development, and content production. You will report directly to the Head of Brand, Creative & Content and collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire commercial organization, including Activation & Omnichannel, Product Marketing, Product Creation, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success, and Regions.
