  Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer payments 

- Verify and settle balances with customers, including debt collection activities 

- Issue and manage sales invoices 

- Manage the financial closure of returned equipment 

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 

- Participate in the month-end closing process 

- Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements 

- Collaborate with and support other departments as needed 

Our Expectations: 

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

- University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting 

- Very good Polish and English skills, spoken and written 

- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 

- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage 

- Previous experience in an international organization will be considered a plus
