We are looking for a strategic, innovative, hands-on Head of Marketing, North America, to drive 3Shape’s Marketing Strategy that will support revenue growth and market expansion. This individual will serve as a key member of the Commercial North America Leadership and Global Marketing Leadership team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, education, and adoption among dentists, clinics, labs, DSOs, and universities. The ideal candidate has deep experience in omnichannel marketing and has a passion for impactful brand storytelling and engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead and execute marketing strategies for 3Shape’s product portfolio in North America that aligns with the company goals, product roadmap, and market opportunities
- Partner closely with Commercial Marketing, Global, Sales, Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand objectives
- Lead and develop a top-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
- Enable Partnerships and Sales teams in North America to increase their conversion rates and ultimately ARR - including marketing assets, campaigns, events, initiatives, training and coaching
- Localize and manage end to end product launches, introducing new capabilities and reinforcing key value propositions for customers
- Establish and monitor KPIs, continuously analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to improve brand reach, customer engagement, and business impact
- Design and implement full-funnel growth strategies to accelerate demand generation and revenue
- Oversee paid and organic digital marketing, CRM/lifecycle initiatives, SEO, and analytics Ensure all campaigns are compelling, creative, and compliant, including messaging, content, and educational materials
- Direct the development of promotional assets and manage omni-channel execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics; refine tactics based on data and insights
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure efficient execution
- Test and scale new acquisition channels; track CAC, LTV, and retention metrics with a data-driven approach
- Develop and execute an integrated content strategy to support growth and engagement
- Manage industry partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation to maximize brand exposure.
- Drive Revenue & Demand Generation by aligning marketing with sales to improve lead quality, accelerate pipeline growth, and boost customer acquisition.
- Build the marketing foundation in North America (stack, analytics, dashboards, vendors) for scalable growth
- Develop and organize North America Academy educational programs and professional strategy in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Develop an evaluation method and monitor to assess
- Academy program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required. MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of experience in dental, MedTech, or healthcare marketing
- Experience with building, leading and mentoring a Marketing team/function
- Experience translating complex clinical data into compelling marketing messages
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to lead through influence and work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within dental industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Information about the Position: Hybrid in New Providence, NJ Office International and Domestic
