The position

As Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be a trusted partner, supporting our hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle. Your tasks will include, among others, to:

• Partner with hiring managers to define clear job requirements, sourcing strategies, and create attractive, inclusive job descriptions.
• Find and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, digital channels, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Support hiring managers in leveraging LinkedIn, their networks and our ATS to improve time-to-hire.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and fit, and apply assessment tools to validate abilities and preferences to find the best fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

During the next period, we will put additional focus on strengthening our recruitment efforts. You will be an integral part of this work, and you will apply your experience into easy-to-use tools for our hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Qualifications

You thrive in a high-speed environment, and your strong communication skills and service mindset make you a trusted partner to hiring managers at all levels

We will be looking for a candidate who:

• Has 2+ years of recruitment experience.

• Is proactive, organized, and able to create and maintain effective structures.
• Is passionate about recruitment and brings a positive, energetic attitude.

• Feels comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment.
• Thrives working independently but values the benefit of good collaboration.

• Speaks English fluently since this is our corporate language.
