Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Act as a strategic business partner, bridging IT and business through the planning and execution of technical deliverables that ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Oversee all aspects of project management for worldwide IT initiatives, from the initial concept to final delivery.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared goals, manage milestones, and guide agile teams through all project phases.
• Track and communicate project advancements, while recognizing and addressing potential risks and issues early on.
• Encourage a culture of continuous enhancement in how projects are carried out and how stakeholders are engaged.
• Ensure clear definition and alignment of project objectives, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise architects, functional consultants, tech leads, product owners, and testers across departments and business applications such as CRM, e-commerce, Zuora, and AX.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for fruitful collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with business applications and SaaS platforms.
