3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Marketing Automation Specialist in our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing. The role is instrumental in crafting industry leading personalized and trigger-based omnichannel lifecycle programs for a subscription product to meet the motivated targets. The software is newly released and is a key product taking digital dentistry to the next level within the industry.
In this new position, you will be part of a department of highly skilled and experienced colleagues driving omnichannel activation and lifecycle activities across digital channels for new and existing customers. In the team we enjoy a humorous and open team spirit. We are dedicated to meeting the business objectives and growth through sparring, testing and sharing insights. Outside of the department, your primary stakeholders are within the commercial departments, Group IT and local markets.
Scope
For this role we are looking for a candidate who can oversee the process end-to-end on data-based digital communication and lifecycle programs, from building the data foundation together with our data team, creating audiences, mapping triggers and touchpoints, building the digital programs, ensure testing, analysis and optimization across audiences and channels, leveraging insights to the business and into the optimization. The primary responsibilities in the role are:
- to strategize and map the digital journeys and programs for leads and customers, ensuring a coherent experience across digital and human touchpoints and channels
- to develop, maintain, test and optimize personalized and trigger-based omnichannel programs in our CDP Segment and marketing automation platform Marketo
- specify the requirements for our marketing automation foundation regarding integrations and technical setup and in relation to the subscription product make the requirements and test relevant data for audiences, triggers and personalized communication
- development and maintenance of advanced audiences and logic to control the right message at the right time in the right channels
- define and conduct A/B split tests and other ways to ensure continuous learnings in all activities, as well as analysing and reporting on insights and effects, turning new knowledge into optimized communication
- ensure stakeholder management of and close cooperation with colleagues in Global Marketing, Data Analytics, commercial departments, Group IT and local Regions

Role and ideal profile
You are dedicated to bringing coherent and relevant customer communication to live across digital channels and in collaboration with the human touchpoints. This is based on a good understanding of the customer lifecycle and how data, channels and personalized communication collaborate in an omnichannel setup. Technically you stay updated on new MarTech solutions to keep improving our outreach, impact and performance monitoring.
It is a requirement that you have experience in creating and optimizing data-driven communication and audiences based on a complex data structure. Your diligent and structured ways of working ensures that everything you do – from audiences created, program developments and documentation, data specifications and integration requirements - are thoroughly tested and verified before handing over or launched.
You possess a commercial and results-driven mindset, always considering the commercial goals in your deliveries. By bringing new knowledge, insights and ideas you aim to raise the bar of digital execution and as a true team-player you ensure to do so in a close collaboration with your colleagues. To thrive in the role, being able to create a good collaboration with your stakeholders is key.
As we operate in a high-speed environment where changes are frequent, you can adjust quickly and comfortable with the fact that you at times may not know what tomorrow brings. Working in an international environment, you can speak, read, and write English fluently.
