About the 3Shape 2-Year Graduate Program

3Shape’s two-year Graduate Program serves as a launchpad for a high-impact career. Graduates rotate through three different departments within the Commercial Track, with the possibility of an international assignment. This program gives talented and motivated young professionals the chance to acquire new knowledge, expand their skillset, and gain valuable expertise from the very beginning. Graduates gain unique insights into the core of our business and play an essential role in our strategy to develop future leaders and specialists at 3Shape.

As a 3Shape Graduate, you will be a valued team member, tackle complex business challenges, and become part of an extensive network of professionals in a global organization. • Rotate through three departments (8 months each), such as Finance, Strategy, IT, People & Culture, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience and Engagement.
• Play an essential role in an international and innovative organization that is constantly evolving.
• Lead and contribute to real projects with measurable impact.
• Broaden your horizons by working as part of integrated teams across the globe and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.

We Fuel Your Career With

• Comprehensive onboarding - including an offsite, teambuilding, and networking with the Senior Leadership Team.
