We’re expanding our Global Learning Team and are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to create engaging, high-quality training videos, materials, and programs that empower our users, customer facing teams and partners worldwide.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Design, record, and edit compelling instructional content for both live and digital learning experiences

• Write clear, concise, and engaging instructional copy

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and bring technical content to life

• Produce and edit training videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar

• Record and synchronize audio and video for multiple media formats

• Work closely with project managers to meet project requirements, milestones, and deadlines

• Support localization of training materials for global audiences

• Ensure training resources remain accurate, up to date, and visually engaging

What we’re looking for:

• You are someone who combines technical skills with creative flair

• You have proven experience in video editing, post-production, and sound synchronization

• Skills in copywriting and graphic design for learning content

• Experience with recording sound and video from both live sources and screen captures

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

• A team-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Background in art, design, or visual storytelling

• Experience in Dental or MedTech industries
