Global Training Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Training Specialist to join our Global Customer Support (GCS) team.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Training Specialist to join our Global Customer Support (GCS) team.
GCS is a tight-knit group of 10+ professionals based in Copenhagen, Kyiv, and Bogotá. We operate at the intersection of headquarters and regional/local support teams—connecting strategy, tools, and processes to enable exceptional customer experiences. Our mission is to empower support teams with the knowledge, direction, and resources they need to succeed.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our support teams are fully equipped to deliver outstanding service. You will focus primarily on building and scaling training programs—especially through a train-the-trainer model—to support readiness for new product launches. You'll also contribute to quality improvement efforts when capacity allows.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, enhance internal knowledge platforms, and support global alignment on quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of train-the-trainer programs for new product and feature releases.
- Ensure all training content (onboarding, product, process, soft skills) is up-to-date, localized where needed, and aligned with global standards.
- Collaborate with regional leads to monitor training implementation, collect feedback, and improve content and delivery.
- Define and track training success metrics; use insights to continuously optimize training strategies.
- Create and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal guides.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, Q&A forums, and knowledge-sharing meetings.
- Coordinate training and readiness plans across global support teams and regional resellers.
- Participate in product launch activities, including beta testing and early access programs.
- Partner with Support Operations and other internal teams to align on tools, processes, and readiness efforts.
- Support QA activities as needed, including developing evaluation standards, scorecards, and root cause analyses.
- Take on the people manager role for our local Ukraine team (6 people), handling administrative tasks such as absence tracking, contract documentation, and local HR coordination in collaboration with HQ.
What does it take to succeed?
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and is excited to build scalable training experiences that empower global support teams.
Additionally, you have:
- 3+ years of experience in training and enablement, ideally within global or multi-country customer support environments.
- Proven experience with train-the-trainer models and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for training impact assessment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Full-time presence in Kyiv.
- Project management skills and familiarity with support tools and internal processes.
