About the positions

In this role you will support financial decision-making and deliver insightful analysis to enhance business performance within our Group Functions. The ideal candidate possesses solid analytical capabilities, great interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be an integral part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning and Business Intelligence department, anchored within the CFO area, and join a team of 16 engaged colleagues, where you will put your financial skillset, stakeholder management capabilities, and your proficiency in processes into great use.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Partner to the Senior Managers heading up our Group Functions and be key advisor on financial topics
• Design and plan annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Creating transparency and financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Continuously improve processes and reporting to enhance analysis depth and accuracy, as well as improve efficiency
• Prepare financial reports to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders

Furthermore, you will be involved in various projects as well as preparing ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in both the Group Functions and in Finance Partnering & Planning. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage with strategic priorities, work alongside senior stakeholders across the organization, and elevate your financial capabilities while contributing positively to 3Shape's goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, finance partnering, or similar in a multinational company
• Attentive to details and have great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated and can facilitate a process through a structured approach
• Business acumen combined with solid financial understanding
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PowerBI and various financial tools can be beneficial, though it is not a mandatory requirement
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language can be beneficial, though it is not mandatory
