We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with C# .NET Development skills to join a cross-functional team of Ukrainian and Danish developers working on Unite On-Prem – our cutting-edge platform.

You’ll drive people leadership as well as taking a key role in Test Automation development, helping us scale a highly dynamic system built using modern .NET based technologies.

This is an active development environment – you’ll be shaping new features, improving architecture, and mentoring a skilled team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Agile team

• Guide team growth through hiring, 1:1s, and performance reviews

• Promote clean code and automation testing best practices

• Build and maintain test environment and infrastructure with robust functional tests

• Develop and maintain automation framework and tools (e.g. CI configurations, application’s UI APIs, etc.)

• Develop and maintain test suits

• Report bugs, create and estimate tasks
  

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• 4+ years in software development, 2+ years in people leadership

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills — proactively identify root causes, seek out the right people and resources, and persist through challenges without overcomplicating solutions

• Strong skills in C# .NET. You know the art of programming

• You sincerely believe that automation is key to modern software development. You follow market trends/best practices and will be able to drive this development actively

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, responsible mindset

• Fluent in English
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience in writing automated tests using TestStack.White/FlaUI/ Playwright

• Experience with automation of software development processes:

• Auto testing frameworks (e.g. SpecFlow/TestStack.White/FlaUI/ Playwright)

• Build automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Virtualization (e.g. VMware, Virtual Box)

• Source control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git)
