We are currently looking for a Production Process Engineering Manager who will join our team in Szczecin.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports and analyses related to the department's operations

• Optimizing processes and minimizing losses in operational areas

• Collaborating with other departments within the organization as well as with external partners

• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations (as advance in an organization operating under ISO 13485 is a plus)

• Participating in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects

• Developing plans and strategies related to production engineering, participating in the launch of new production lines, and implementing new technologies

• Conducting analyses of production processes to identify issues and areas for improvement

• Initiating and implementing actions aimed at increasing operational efficiency, improving quality, and ensuring production continuity

• Eliminating root causes of production and quality issues

• Leading a team of interdisciplinary engineers

• Coordinating activities with other departments within the company

• Conducting training sessions and workshops for the team

• Creating and maintaining departmental documentation

• Managing objectives and tasks within the assigned area

 Requirements:

• Higher technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials engineering)

• Fluent English communication skills

• Experience in managing engineering teams and production processes

• Knowledge of technologies and tools related to process engineering

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Project planning and management capabilities

• Responsibility and attention to detail
