Primary Responsibility:
The Territory Manager drives business growth by supporting channel partners (resellers and sub-dealers) and ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction. Their primary focus is to enable and support channel partners while following up with end users to maximize product value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales enablement for channel partners (resellers and sub-dealers) by providing comprehensive support, including product demonstrations, training, joint customer visits, and proposal assistance.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with channel partners at the branch level through consistent engagement, regular meetings, and strategic alignment sessions
- Collect and analyze critical market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights, effectively reporting findings to relevant internal teams.
- Conduct proactive post-sale follow-ups with end users to ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting issues, and identify upselling opportunities
- Deliver product and sales training sessions for both partners and end users
- Represent and support the company at key industry events within the territory, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or channel sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience selling technical products (e.g., medical devices, industrial equipment, IT hardware/software)
- Experience working with distributors or channel partners
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
