The National Sales Manager position will be responsible for sales in mainland China. The successful candidate will drive sales growth in different segment, develop account strategies, manage executive relationships, improve overall customer satisfaction and increase sales of the overall client's portfolio.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Define vision, strategies and tactics required for profitable and sustained growth.
  • Develop and execute China sales strategy to achieve overall 3Shape's business objective and strategy.
  • Provide leadership in the planning, designing, and implementing of sales activities to drive ultimate sales performance with transparency
  • Drive sales in focus customer segment such as Dental Solution Organizations (DSOs)
  • Generate sales of all products & solutions portfolio.
  • Maintain integrity to the regulatory and compliant business practice guidelines
  • Cultivate, promote, and maintain VIP relationships. Maintain a productive and beneficial relationship with influential executives (KOLs)
  • Provide competitive intelligence, input and trend information to management and marketing team
  • Manage account planning across products/solutions and account administration
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual business review with management team
  • Maintain key relationships with internal client departments (i.e., Sales, Contracts, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Support)
  • Develop a strong sales team pipeline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales management role. Previous Regional Sales management experience a plus
  • Experience in managing key accounts, preferably within a global organization
  • Experience with medical device industry or BTB is considered a plus
  • Analytical mind and possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English written and orally, as this is our company language

Your qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales management role. Previous Regional Sales management experience a plus
  • Experience in managing key accounts, preferably within a global organization
  • Experience with medical device industry or BTB is considered a plus
  • Analytical mind and possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English written and orally, as this is our company language
