We offer a unique opportunity in our Strategic Accounts team to help us lead a commercial transformation of our global business with the purpose of steering customer relationships into partnerships.

About the position

You will be joining our Strategic Accounts team in our headquarters located at Kongens Nytorv in the center of Copenhagen. The team is responsible for developing our commercial business globally by pursuing strategic sales opportunities, driving commercial projects sponsored by our executive management, and building strategic partnerships with our biggest accounts, including resellers and dental chains. At the same time, the team acts as a business partner to our countries by integrating across our commercial functions and strengthening the infrastructure in our global markets.

As a Program Manager your main responsibility will be to lead and develop our Partner Program globally with the purpose of transforming the way we do business with our customers, from transaction-based selling to long-term partnering. In addition, you will be running projects to develop commercial excellence as a core organizational competence. Both areas are key for driving successful account management, which is one of the top executive priorities for 3Shape in 2020.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • take global ownership of the Partner Program
  • lead the global roll-out with resellers in our countries
  • assist our local managers in governing their partnerships
  • develop and maintain program-related tools and processes
  • lead or participate in cross-functional ComEx projects
  • 40 days of travelling can be expected per year

What you offer

  • You hold a master’s degree or MBA within business, economics, social sciences or similar and have demonstrated strong academic performance (top 10% of your class)
  • You have 1-2 years of experience with project management and problem solving from a full-time or student position within management consulting or corporate business development
  • You are able to manage diverse stakeholders globally and at different organizational levels
  • You are a skilled top-down communicator and a super user of PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken (ideally combined with one more language)

You are an original thinker and eager to challenge the status quo while being able to convert your ideas into practice. You enjoy working with people in cross-functional teams and are able to create results through others. Finally, you are passionate about your work and are willing to invest in maintaining an informal atmosphere and a fun place to work.
